I'm using Windows 10 pro, and in the folder C:\Program Files\tetraface\Metasequoia4\Data\English
the guide_again.jpg is missing, and should be :

https://i.goopics.net/wxyexd.jpg

In the folder C:\Program Files\tetraface\Metasequoia4\Data\Japanese
the guide_again.jpg is missing, and should be :

https://i.goopics.net/5xogqr.jpg

and the guide_help.jpg should be :

https://i.goopics.net/8d4h1b.jpg
