マウスでの選択の時

かなり初歩的な質問ですみません。長らく使っていて最近のバージョンアップで??になってしまったのですが、『移動』『面張り』コマンドの時、以前はそのコマンド自体で四角枠で選択出来たのですが、今のバージョンはいちいち『範囲』コマンドにしないと目的域を選択出来なくなりました。そういう仕様に変わったのでしょうか?

編集オプションの「範」ボタンを押してください。
