コマンドに【パス複製】の【ラインの掃引】ってありますが、予め作成したパスに沿って掃引させる事は出来ますか？

例えば一つの局面に接したパスに沿ったパイプを作りたい

コマンドの【パス複製】の機能で出来ますでしょうか？
なければ実装してほしいです。
（旧メタセコプラグイン”Caliber"のような機能です）
